Chas Denney

Pre-Closing Agent

“Chas” is a native of Satsuma, Alabama.  She and her husband, Richard have been married for 25 years, have two grown children, and currently reside in Fort Morgan where they own and operate an oyster farm at their home.  Chas has over 18 years of experience as a Paralegal and was a HR Coordinator for 2 years prior to joining the Professional Land Title team as a Pre-Closing Agent.  In her downtime, Chas enjoys spending time with family on and off the water and playing with their four-legged child, Skully.
